What you receive on the day the site goes live

A delivery is a list of things that change hands. Here it is, with nothing left in the dark. Everything below is handed to you on the day the site goes live, not three weeks later and not only if you keep asking.

What is not included, and what we do not promise

Better said before the quote than after the order.

The domain name is not included. It stays in your name, with the registrar of your choice, and they invoice you for it.

Professional photography is not included. Your existing photos are often good enough, and we will tell you plainly when they are not.

Writing all of your text is not always included. Tell us what you already have, and the quote will say so in black and white.

Online advertising is not part of the price of the site. It is a separate budget, and it is not compulsory in order to be found.

And we guarantee no position on Google, no timescale for a keyword, no volume of inquiries. Those who guarantee it cannot deliver it.

Once the site is live, you are tied to nothing

You choose: host with us from $29 per month, or leave with your files and go to the hosting provider of your choice. The site keeps working either way. Maintenance is a service, not a condition.

Who hosts my site, and how much does it cost?
You choose. Stay with us, or take your files and host them elsewhere. The site works either way, and nothing switches itself off.
Why not WordPress?
Because you then inherit a theme, extensions to keep track of and updates to watch. We write only the code your site needs. It is lighter, it is faster, and there is nothing to renew.
How long before the site goes live?
The quote gives a date, based on the package and on when your content reaches us. If your deadline is fixed, delivery in 7 days is available as an option at $300 excl. tax.
Who writes the text and supplies the photos?
Your existing text and photos are reused when they hold up. Anything missing is identified at the scoping stage, costed in the quote, and never discovered halfway through the project.
Do you guarantee the first page on Google?
No, and nobody can guarantee it. We list what we do from the day the site goes live, and we hand you Search Console so you can check it yourself.
How does payment work?
