Is the code really mine? Can I hand it to someone else?
Yes. The source files are handed over on delivery, along with the hosting credentials. You can pass them to another provider without asking us anything at all.
How long before the site goes live?
It depends on the number of pages and on how quickly you supply your text and your photographs. The firm deadline is written into the quote. Delivery in 7 days is available as an option, at $300 excl. tax.
Why not WordPress?
Because a bought theme carries code your business will never use, and plugins to renew. We write only what your site needs. When WordPress is the right choice for you, we say so.
Who hosts my site, and what does it cost?
You choose. With us, hosting is part of the Peace of Mind package, at $29 per month, with backups, security and technical updates. Or you leave with your files for the host of your choice, and the site works just the same.
Is maintenance compulsory?
No. It is a service, never a condition for keeping your site online. There are three packages, from $29 to $599 per month, and you are free to take none of them.
Can I edit my own text?
With the BUSINESS package, yes: a custom-built admin area is built for exactly that. On the other packages, changes go through us, on request or within the monthly hour included in the Momentum package.
Do you guarantee first page on Google?
No, and nobody can guarantee it. We commit to the work done, which you can check for yourself in your own Search Console, with logins in your name.
