Privacy policy

This site collects data in one case only: when you fill in the quote request form. Here is exactly what is done with it.

What is collected

Only what you type into the form: your line of business, your name, your company name, your email address, your telephone number, your town or city, the description of your project, along with your IP address and the date you sent it, both kept to prevent automated submissions.

No payment is taken on this site. No bank or card details are asked for or stored.

What it is used for

Your data is never sold, never rented, and never used to sign you up to a newsletter.

Who has access to it

• DTM MEDIASThe people who handle your request and write your quote.
• Hostinger International Ltd.Hosting of the site and of the messages, within the European Union.
• Brevo (Sendinblue)Delivery of the notification emails and of the acknowledgment. A French company, with data hosted in the European Union.

How long it is kept

Quote requests are kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted. If a project goes ahead, the related accounting documents are kept for ten years, as French law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, to have it corrected or erased, to have its processing restricted, or you can object to its processing. Write to diokine@dtmmedias.comand you will have an answer within one month.
