How to read this table: 'included' means the feature is part of the package as standard. 'On quotation' means it is not part of it as standard, that it remains possible, and that its price will appear on your quote. Nothing is blocked technically; everything can be priced.

What SEO costs inside each package
SEO starts the day the site goes live, not six months later. It is not charged as an extra: it is already in the price of your site, at a level that depends on the package.

Included in the £1,450 excl. VAT
Basic SEO. Titles and descriptions written page by page, page structure, readable addresses, light pages, and your Google Business profile created or taken over, consistent with the site.
PRO
Included in the £2,350 excl. VAT
Full local SEO. One page per service and per area covered, written around what your customers really type, structured data matched to your business, a blog so you can publish yourself, Google Analytics and Search Console installed and handed over in your name.
BUSINESS
Included in the £3,500 excl. VAT
The same foundation, on a multilingual site, with each language having its own titles and descriptions.
What we do not promise
- No guaranteed position on Google.
- No guaranteed timescale for a keyword.

Nobody can keep those promises. We commit to the work done, and you can check it for yourself in Search Console, with your own logins.

You choose: host with us from £29 per month on the Peace of Mind package, or leave with your files for the host of your choice. The site keeps working either way. Maintenance is a service, never a condition for keeping your site online.

Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price on the quote is firm. Anything not on it is not invoiced without your written agreement. The only possible extras are the ones you ask for: an extra page, an extra language, the 7-day delivery option at £300 excl. VAT.
Who hosts my site, and what does it cost?
You choose. Either you stay with us on the Peace of Mind package at £29 per month, which covers hosting, backups and security. Or you leave with your files for the host of your choice. Your site works either way.
Is maintenance compulsory?
No. None of the three monthly packages is needed for your site to stay online. They are services, not conditions.
An online platform costs a few tens of pounds a month. Why pay £2,350 excl. VAT once?
Because you are not paying for the same thing. On a platform, the subscription pays for the editing tool, the hosting and a template shared with other businesses: it runs for as long as the site is online. Here, you pay once for the making of a site written for your business, and you receive the source files. Do the sum over five years using the prices published by the platform you have in mind.
Is the code really mine?
Yes. The source files are handed over on delivery, with your logins for the hosting, for Google Analytics, for Search Console and for your Google Business profile. You can hand the next stage to whoever you like, including someone other than us.
Who writes the text and supplies the photographs?
You do, if you would like to: it is the quickest route and it costs nothing extra. If you would rather we took it on, the writing and the visuals are priced on the quote, line by line.
How long before the site goes live?
The timescale depends on the number of pages and on when you send us your text and your photographs. It is written on your quote, with a date. If you are in a hurry, delivery in 7 days is an option at £300 excl. VAT.
How does payment work?
Payment is made when you approve the mock-up, before development starts. The quote sets out the terms. No payment is taken on this site: there is no basket and no buy button.
Do you guarantee first page on Google?
No, and nobody can guarantee it. We commit to the work done, which is listed on the SEO page, and you can check it for yourself in Search Console with your own logins.
